When you have such a stunning product, it pays to show it.
Currently the photo on the river is the size of a postage stamp, and does not do justice to what is being offered. Instead I would overlay the entire ad onto a photo, simplify the text, and remove the logo.
The only info needed is:

$20 per senior (important info because this is a seniors magazine).

If you make it a visual ad, people can instantly imagine or even feel themselves right in that scene, and think “Oh we should do that next week.” This is a $20 cruise with a million dollar view – show the view!
